Terms & Research Use Policy

1. Research use only

All products sold by Highwater Labs are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not for human or animal consumption, injection, or any other form of introduction into the body. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or purchase. By ordering you represent that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of one, and that you will handle, store and dispose of all products in accordance with applicable laws and laboratory safety practices.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are paid by Venmo or Cash App. Include your order number in the payment note. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Unpaid orders may be cancelled. Prices and availability may change without notice.

4. Shipping

Orders ship from the United States, typically arriving within 3–5 business days after shipment. A tracking number is posted to your account once your order ships. Highwater Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Returns

Because of the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

6. Limitation of liability

The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the use and handling of products. Highwater Labs is not liable for any injury, loss or damage resulting from misuse of any product or from use contrary to this policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

7. Prohibited use

Products may not be resold, relabeled or represented as drugs, supplements or products for human or animal use. We may refuse or cancel any order we believe is intended for use contrary to this policy.

8. Privacy

We collect only what is needed to process orders and keep your order history. See our privacy policy for details. We do not sell your personal information.

9. Governing law
