Information we collect

When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and shipping address, along with the details of each order (products, amounts, payment method chosen and order status). We do not collect or store card numbers or bank details. Payments are made directly in Venmo or Cash App.

How we use it

We use your information to process and ship orders, confirm payments, provide your order history and tracking, respond to support requests, and keep our records accurate. We review order history to manage inventory and fulfillment. If you are signed in, we save the items in your cart so you can pick up where you left off, and we may email you a reminder about them. We send order updates by email, and by text message only if you turn that on in your account.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the store, such as our hosting and database provider, our email and text-message providers, and shipping carriers, and when required by law.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses your browser's storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and remember that you confirmed the age and research-use notice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. To count visits, the site keeps a random ID in your browser's storage and records which store pages are viewed, the referring website and the general device type; we do not store IP addresses.

Security and retention

Account data is stored with access controls so that customers can see only their own orders. We keep order records for as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes.

Your choices

You can update your profile and address, and turn order texts or emails on or off, in your account at any time. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. To request a copy of your information or ask us to delete your account, contact us at highwaterlabs.co@gmail.com.

Age requirement

Our site and products are intended only for people 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
